Overall the property was very nice!

We had a fun time at Planet Hollywood. The vibe is always fun and the property is in the perfect part of the strip. Only issue was our room temperature. We were on the 23rd floor of the south tower and our room was warm throughout the whole stay. They attempted to fix it but it never really cooled off. Staff was friendly and food options were very good within the resort as well as the Miracle Mile Shops. Would definitely go back.

Great location, clean rooms, and the CVS inside is a major plus!!

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as desired. But overall amenities nice. Easy access to sphere and all the shopping desired. Plus lots of good food options in and off strip

If you use a mobility scooter, this property is a nightmare! Getting on and off the elevators was extremely tricky, and you need to make sure that your room will accommodate your scooter because the first (nicer) sweet that I had was too cramped to be able to get it to turn around since it was a split level suite. The hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful, and seemed to start recognizing people that were there multiple days. Don’t order room service unless you are independently wealthy… Between their service charge and tax and the listed price, my piece of lasagna and a breadstick was over $80! It was good, but not $80 good! I might stay there again, but there was another property on the strip that I stayed at a couple years ago that was much more accommodating, even though it wasn’t as “ fancy”.

First time staying at the Wynn & enjoyed our experience! Went for the Backstreet Boys concert at the sphere and this was the best decision as it is so close to the venue. We loved how convenient it was to walk to the area through the indoor pathways. We also got our room semi-upgraded to 2 queen beds facing the sphere by Shanae(?) at the lovely front desk. Ate at Casa Playa for dinner and Terrace Cafe for brunch which were both great. Not to mention the hotel/room itself is gorgeous, clean, and provided great amenities. 100% would stay here again!
