Everything was wonderful for service. All staff especially Andreaia were spectacular. Bed wasn’t comfy and soundproofing to the hallway needs improvement.

The hotel lies about VIP access. We were not offer free room upgrades, and we ended up with a room with a view of a wall on the second floor. Housekeeping is not very good at cleaning. Stains on the walls, hairs in the shower drain. Just not a very clean hotel.
