Room looked beautiful and clean.
The breakfast was not having dietary restrictions options (vegans etc.) - labels with ingredients and allergens should be added to foods.
The lifts were very slow.
Nice overall but more of a 3 star hotel vibe.

Hotel very elegant.. Staff are very welcoming and hospitable... Our executive room was clean and spacious with beautiful city view that we enjoyed.. Buffet breakfast was okay not so great.. same menu everyday for our 4 days stay.. they should've change the daily menu for the enjoyment of those customers who have a long stay.
I will be back and book this hotel the next time i will visit Bangkok again. More power to all the beautiful Hotel Staff.
