Room was great, on the 20th floor but overlooking nana plaza so could still hear the bass from the music at night. Not enough to stop me sleeping but was noticeable. Bottles of water were refreshed daily and all staff were very friendly .

Hotel was amazing. Room with a great view, doormen were very friendly and helpful and location is prime for both walking or taking the train. It’s connected to the stations so very convenient. Would definitely stay there again
