Staffs are friendly. Good food and nice hotel.
But, on the check out morning, my daughter was scare when we found out a cockroach on the floor. We also show that to the room service.

It is a prime location: nice quiet beach, breakfast right on the beach with stunning view, receptionists outstanding, restaurant staffs a bit reserved perhaps due to their English, breakfast food is good and suitable for long stays. One receptionist let me use her phone to call Canada. Supposedly there are lizards making cracking noise in the walls. Overall a nice hotel.
