We have stayed at the Concorde three times and have been made to feel very welcome and found the standard of service exceptional by every member of staff. It is a very clean hotel hotel in an ideal location. The only small criticism I would make is that there is no mirror available with suitable lighting to apply make up.

Beautiful hotel with modern amenities. Ideally located in a area well connected with taxi, buses and trains. Many attractions and amenities in walking distance.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
The sky bar is a must.

The in-room lighting system was somewhat confusing. We left a key card in the power slot because our AC turned off without it. The lounge/bar was open but had no staff when we went to go for cocktails. Aside from those issues the hotel is great. Really nice rooms, pool area and staff were excellent, reception staff also very professional and helpful.
