The hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi. It is not very strong or stable. Had a hard time connecting my computer to the Wi-Fi.

Property is OLD and tired .. think peeling paint and mould in the common areas .. needs a huge refurbishment . The rooms are big for Singapore and the pool is decent but shallow .. one pool was closed. Zero style and atmosphere. Basic but good for a 1 night stop over with access to Changi hawker markets.

The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating, right from the start. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The area is very walkable and close to the MRT, which makes it convenient to get around the city. The only thing I didn't love was that the room size felt a little small, perhaps because the bed takes up a lot of room, but I would defnitely stay here again!
