I upgraded myself to a Club room and enjoyed the benefits it offered but i was very surprised that the club lounge was not busier in the evenings for drinks and canapés, it was only myself on the two nights I stayed not that this was a problem. The room itself was lovely although the air conditioning was a little noisy and even when switched off there was still a noise from the fan. Also and I would suggest a member of staff stay in the room for the night ( 2611) as in the evening/ night time there was a mechanical/ piping noise that went off about every 20 minutes. I don’t think it was the lifts but worthwhile investigating. Apart from that the bed was very comfortable and having the complimentary mini bar was a big plus. All the staff were excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything is perfect except the bath room shower drainage had issues. The location is very convenient to everywhere. Highly recommend!

My recent stay was excellent, largely due to the exceptional attention to detail from the front desk team. When a technical issue was discovered with my room door not locking properly, the staff acted immediately. They ensured my safety by swiftly moving me to a secure room and personally verifying the new lock functioned correctly before I entered. Their proactive approach to safety and genuine concern for guest security made me feel truly valued and protected throughout my visit.

There were shops close by and the MRT was across the road. For the price, the place was OK. Rooms were tiny but tidy. Basic amenities and staff were very nice. Didn't know that they did not have elevators.
