Been staying at the Carlton City Singapore Hotel for several years on my business trips. Normally one or two nights and it’s perfect for me as check in is quick, location is easy to get to Changi Airport, it’s quite, rooms are very comfortable and decent size. Beds are great, ticks all the boxes for me.

room description confused me a bit. I expected to have 2 twin-size beds (for me, my wife, and my sister-in-law). But, the room had 2 single-size beds. My wife and I managed, for 3 nights.
Location was nice - lots of places to eat at ground-level, a supermarket a block away, and MRT/train station next door.

Receptionist ( old aunty ) keep talking to her friend and ignore us when we checking in. Bed sheet and pillow case have cigarette smell , only 3 parking lot there and was away full. Overall experience still ok despite the above mentioned bad experience.
