we were kindly upgraded to a very lovely room, stylish, quiet given being in the centre of auckland. fridge microwave and kettle allowed us to relax and snack at leisure. Central to everything in the CBD. parking on site and very handy. receptionist just lovely, very friendly and helpful. had a lovely restful time.

I changed my room. Next one wasn't any better. I walked out. I felt itchy the moment I went in. It was like a prison cell The carpets are filthy and one room had bits of carpet missing.
