Shikanoshima Island All inclusive Vacations

Staff service is excellent, staff are able to communicate in English with me. I require to store luggage’s for one night and re-check in for four more nights, they are able to store the luggage’s for us. Breakfast is exceptional, variety of choices, soup and hot food are very nicely cooked and prepared. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

Will definitely be staying here again if we ever come back to Fukuoka. Location was perfectly located above the Tenjin Airport line station, with an elevator that takes you directly from hotel lobby to the subway basement level, with the train station turnstile conveniently located within 100ft, so even if you have lots of luggage to haul around it's not an issue. The room was clean and quiet, breakfast was amazing and staffs were friendly and incredibly helpful. We had purposely left some of our old clothing behind because we couldn't fit everything into our luggage, they actually reached out asking whether we had forgotten stuff at the room. That's a first for us. This level of service is on another level. The only minor downside is there isn't a loading area to the hotel for passenger/private/rental vehicles, you will have to off load in the hotel loading bay in the back of the building. And parking will just have to be at a nearby public lot. But a complete non issue if you're taking the train. Definitely staying here again for our return to Fukuoka

the room was incredible, the staff was very friendly, the amenities was wonderful, the free mini bar, the lounge was also very welcomed. the only thing i would say is the parking was a bit confusing, i only needed 15 minutes to load my car but the staff downstairs are not fluent in english and they don't understand, it seems theres some miscommunication between the staff upstairs and the staff at the parking lot.

Beautiful large room. Everything was very clean and the hotel had wonderful amenities. Close to train station andceasy to get around.

This hotel is absolutely perfect!!! It literally has everything you need!!!! 20 out of 10!!!!! It has a whole kitchen so I cooked wagyu beef every single day!!!! Just book it!!!!!

Check-in was contactless, via a tablet, and quite smooth. Room lock is via a passcode so no need to worry about number of room cards. Apartment is quite roomy for our family of three, with a bedroom (with one double and one single bed), plus a larger living room (also with one double bed and one single bed). Even included a 3 person sofa and a small side table. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommended for family of 3-4 persons. Can accommodate 6 but probably a squeeze.
