The hot bath area is nice, but quite small, sometimes you see hairs floating in the pool..
Breakfast is ok. You can have once or twice, but same stuff for everyday is kind of boring.
Nice location, near to bus stops, train station and lots of stores and restaurants, close to Ichiran Ramen original store.
