"The bathroom faucet had broken hot water so all you could get was cold. I had to leave for the airport early, before breakfast time, so there was no coffee available. Other less high star rated places I’ve stayed in had a keurig in the room and an nespresso machine or something self-serving in the lobby. Not this place. All they had was a water boiler and powdered instant in the room. Not at all what I would have expected from a place like this. Hot coffee in the morning for guests does not seem like too much to ask. "

"Generally ok hotel stay for the price but there is a very heavy smell of cigarettes in the hallway and rooms, even on the sheets. Considering this was supposed to be a non smoking hotel, either they are not enforcing it well, or not doing enough to clean it. "

"Front Reception Staffs were uncooperative and unaccommodating during check in! They are young girls who behaves like spoilt brats! Totally disingenuous and contumelious! Unprofessional and disrespectful. Told us check in was 3pm but refused to keep our baggages. Do not stay here! Not worth risking the happiness of your family and vacation!"
