Hotel New Otani Hakata
Very good location near train station, bus stop, supermarket and convenience stores. Excellent cafe on 1st floor. What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff and service they provide. Bellhop was there to assist with our luggage as soon as we arrived, check-in staff

The room was poorly set up. Lots of dead space above the ground that could have been for storage but wasn't used. Bathroom was dated and creaky whenever you walked in.
