Great staff. Cool design. Excellent location.

Everything was great. Great choice for families with lots of space for New York compared to other hotels we have visited. Massive amount of storage for clothes and luggage. Two bathrooms, great facilities for laundry and the kids could play pool or ping pong whilst they were waiting. Would highly recommend. Easy location close to subway and ferries to get about.

This place is pretty run down

The hotel was nice, very well located and the staff was great. Very nice front desk staff. The room was not so big, but big enough for me and my partner. We had 2 issues with our room, the first one is that the pillows smelled weird, they looked clean, but smelled like sweat. The 2nd issue was the worst, and is that during the day, the smell from possibly a kitchen near the hotel entered the room and it was very potent, even with the windows closed. We didn't report it because we were out during the day, but when we arrived at night we even had to leave the door open for some time to get the odor out. Besides that, everything else went good.

Very friendly staff, especially the young lady in the evenings who worked at the front desk. Can’t remember her name, but just lovely, which is so rare in New York!

Staff were friendly and rooms were quiet. Wish room service was available

Room was clean and a decent size with a great bathroom, we had a free upgrade, all staff members we spoke with were incredibly kind and helpful.
