Amazing hotel in the heart of Akihabara! Highly recommend!!! Best bathroom/shower/tub I’ve ever experienced. The restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast is excellent. Fabulous coffee.

Our hotel room was quite spacious and clean making our stay here very comfortable. The hotel was within a manageable 20 min walk to Ginza, 24 minutes to Tsukiji market and 12 min to Tokyo station where you can catch the direct shuttle to NRT airport. All in all very satisfied with our stay here.

Overall it was nice, clean, staff was friendly. It is a bit pricey, not enough English speaking staff, maybe 1 or 2 that understood English. I found the location too far from many places. TV didn’t have any English options, wifi in room was weak. I found restaurant service extremely slow in the morning. Overall it is a nice hotel just a few things that need fixing

They catered to 99 years old guest to make soft rice in the morning for his breakfast.And out of way to make it easy for wheelchair guest. Thank you.

The hotel is located closer to the Shinagawa train station yet away from the busy area. So the hotel premises was very calm and quiet. It has one of the most beautiful gardens I have ever seen. Free shuttle bus runs in every 20min which was helpful to get to the Shinagawa station.

The place was sparkling clean. The staff very helpful and the breakfast delicious. The restaurant doesn't have too many options but the food was good but on expensive side though. However, restaurant is a good option in case you are too tired too look around for diner options. The position of thr hotel was ok and many taxi drivers new the place by name.

Clean room, helpful staff was excellent and good location. Not a fan of the projector screen over a typical TV and wish there was a small desk.

The place was amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful, the room was nice and spacious and modern. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
