Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. I booked the Japanese style room was was big for 3 of us and enough space for our suitcases. It has a washer/dryer in the room which was convenient. 7/11 and 2 Lawson's just around the corner. 800m walk to the Tokyo Tower which has a nice restaurant.

I really enjoyed my stay at GRAND MONday Ueno Okachimachi. The best part was definitely the 2nd floor because it had the gym, sauna, vending machine and public bath all right there together. It was so convenient to finish a workout and go straight into the spa to relax. The front desk is staffed and they are super helpful. Having a washer/dryer and a full fridge made everything so much easier. It’s also in a great spot—super close to the station and within walking distance to the markets and Akihabara. I’d definitely stay here again!

Our hotel room was quite spacious and clean making our stay here very comfortable. The hotel was within a manageable 20 min walk to Ginza, 24 minutes to Tsukiji market and 12 min to Tokyo station where you can catch the direct shuttle to NRT airport. All in all very satisfied with our stay here.

They catered to 99 years old guest to make soft rice in the morning for his breakfast.And out of way to make it easy for wheelchair guest. Thank you.

The hotel is located closer to the Shinagawa train station yet away from the busy area. So the hotel premises was very calm and quiet. It has one of the most beautiful gardens I have ever seen. Free shuttle bus runs in every 20min which was helpful to get to the Shinagawa station.

This was such a cool hotel! The finishes in the room were so nice and while it was compact, it was very efficient. We had a Superior Double room and we only stayed one night before traveling to NRT. We had a lot of luggage (too many souvenirs!) so I think it would have been tight for more nights. But it was so nice. The staff were so great and helpful and while we did not use the bar or restaurant, it looked really cool and the food looked great. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, helpful staff was excellent and good location. Not a fan of the projector screen over a typical TV and wish there was a small desk.
