This was a really nice clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. However parking under the hotel was difficult, tight narrow bends, and narrow parking spaces - might prove particularly challenging with a car larger than a golf or fiesta. Room was quirky. The amenities was good tho having wine glasses in the room will be ideal as well. Staff is polite though the brekkie staff are slower to react. Location is strategic and convenient to shops, restaurants and some offices since it's close to Victoria Street.

The atrium room was spacious, spotless, well supplied with soft towels and toiletries. Good supply of tea, coffee, water and biscuits. Room was warm and bed comfortable. The desk staff and night Watchman , on arrival, were always welcoming and helpful.
