We had a wonderful stay on the Queen Mary. All of the staff were awesome. Rooms are exactly what they were when boat docked permanently in Long Beach in 1967. The family rooms have a phenomenal view of the castle, they are a good size & over all they are clean. They appear to have a little mold problem in the windows & bathroom, and the rooms could use a little touch up. The staff is friendly & there is parking on-site which is a plus.

The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ...
