「I struggled whether to write this review.I’ll start by saying the staff were absolutely lovely,very professional and dealt with our complaint with real empathy.Unfortunately,the pictures on the site do not reflect the reality of this hotel,as another guest in reception at the same time also raised. 「Overall a good hotel, very good lounge area, rooms were basic but nice and clean I did only book a budget room so was as expected,bed was very comfy staff were very nice,breakfast was good nicely cooked ,would have liked more of a fruit choice as only apples and oranges and a couple of cake options would have made it better Was a good choice for what I wanted I didn't see any entertainment as I had other plans but it was on.」
