No laundry available without a Brazilian CPF .One sauce pan in kitchen. No kitchen amenities like paper towels , salt or bottled water. Not like description in listing. Otherwise OK」

「The air conditioning was broken. Rack for towels at the bathroom was falling. Remote controls for the TV not working. Electric outlet poorly installed under the working table with wires showing. Nothing was fixed during my stay.」

「部屋の窓の鍵が壊れていないかなど防犯面をチェックしましょう。私が最初に案内された一階の部屋の窓の鍵は壊れており、侵入される恐れがあった為、すぐに部屋を変えてもらいました。部屋に入ったら落ち着く前に防犯チェックが必要です。」

「Property was secure and nice. Offered free washer but you had to pay to dry clothes. The space is small but functional. Perfect for a solo or a couple that is traveling. A little tight for a family but much better than a hotel room. The area is convenient to walk to restaurants/bars, Padaria and supermarkets. There are no extra towels or toilet paper offered and no housekeeping. They have a nice gym downstairs. Definitely worth the stay for the price」
