「Terribly HARD bed. I try not to ever write terrible things and I travel a lot. BUT this time it is needed. The bed in this unit is like a plywood with 1inch foam on it. I tried to adjust to it for couple nights, then I tried sleeping on the couch 1 night. The owner’s manager wasnt helpful at all. Then I gathered some pillows and tried that 1 night. Manager said they will be in touch, I waited more. Offered more money for another unit with no help. So then I booked another place and...

「É um motel adaptado para hotel. O quarto em que fiquei estava com um forte cheiro de mofo. Pelo menos os funcionários são muito cordiais.」

A única vantagem é a localização perto da estação de metrô.」

「Face recognition required to get in and out. Took hour for company to convey information to apartment after finally filled out all the additional info requested to stay. Then face recognition to get out did not recognize face so had to wait an hour for someone to open door to leave. Had continuing issues with the face recognition. Onsite manager could not override, had to go through company. Room was ok but won’t be back after being stuck in/out of building. 」
