Great room, even better given the price/location

Bathroom roof was a little moldy because it doesn't have proper ventilation but otherwise very clean. Great rooms, they are basically a small apartment with kitchen included

Good location. Plenty of restaurants around. Easy acces to Avenida Paulista and subway. Room is a bit dated but adequate. Had an issue with shower, but was taken care of quickly. Staff was attentive, most don’t speak English.

The hotel is located in a excelent place. The room is great, even being a little oldfashioned. Minor maintenance problems were found (shower glass door, did not close properly and lack of electric outlets close the bed), but not enough to surpass the benefits.

They checked me in and gave me the room of a couple who was already staying there… and I walked in on them. It was terrible. Then I was offended because I don’t speak Portoguese. Then they told me that breakfast was included… and, of course, they didn’t give me any breakfast.

Very dated, broken / damaged furniture. I asked for a high floor for medical reasons and I was put on the 1st floor. Strange room layout with the infront of the bedroom door. Just really low standard all round and very 1980s

I left my 500 USA Valentino Sneakers and on the room , and my I phone charger and called right after …they said only the I phone charger was found but not the sneakers. I was going to come back on the 29th of July before get back to USA , but now after this , I don’t feel comfortable anymore , even though I ve stayed few times before , Very disappointed :(

Not a happy stay! Will not recommend and come back. I booked for a week. The location is good but the building and rooms and furniture is old and run down. Safety box was not working. I was moved to another room but safety box still not working as well and couch has a big tear on leather that you don’t wanna sit on it and you can hear the noise from outside. I was told they will fix the safety box the next day and never fix it during my stay. During my stay I was hiding my passport and valuables locked on my Rimowa luggage. I ask if I can cancel my reservation on the remaining days since they can’t fixed the safety box. I’m free to leave but they will not refund me. Not helpful at the front desk. They don’t care for you at all. Only one person can speak english. We were using google translate for conversation. At night time no one at the front desk and they use camera to get you in.
