Pra ser ruim, tem que melhorar muito!

Cheguei no quarto e haviam restos de comida no frigobar, reclamei na recepção e não só fui ignorado, com questionado cinicamente se o quarto estava sujo, eu respondi que havia lixo na geladeira, e o recepcionista insistiu em sua cínica retórica: o quarto está sujo? Eu desisti e sai para jantar. Retornei ao quarto e a TV não pegava nada, me senti na década de 1970... Reparei que a antena (interna) de TV estava quebrada... No dia seguinte, passei na recepção e narrei o fato, pedi para que mandassem alguém da manutenção, para trocar a antena, o o recepcionista anotou o quarto (401) e a reclamação. Retornei a noite e nada havia sido feito! Na manhã seguinte, não tinha água quente, o que me obrigou a tomar banho frio... Desci para o café, e ouvi uma pessoa reclamando da falta de água quente; tomei o café, retornei ao quarto e sem seguida saí, na saída, reclamei da falta de água quente, o o recepcionista se fingiu de surpreso, dizendo: Sério, vou chamar a manutenção... Eu olhei bem pra cara do rapaz e perguntei, só eu reclamei, e ele disse que sim... A noite, passei no mercado em frente ao hotel e comprei uma sobremesa láctea, passei na recepção e pedi uma colher, a recepcionista disse que não tinha e me dê um garfo e faça descartáveis, eu pedi para que ela pegasse na cozinha, mas ele se negou... Ah, já estava esquecendo, o acento do vaso sanitário do meu quarto estava trincado, e dependendo do modo que se senta, ele "belisca" a nádega, também reclamei... Nada aconteceu!

Uma estadia razoável!!

Hotel confortável muito limpo com café da manhã excelente ,contudo funcionários na maioria sem muita cordialidade exceto a camareira muito eficiente. Na verdade a recepção muito frio não tem iniciativa para prestar um bom atendimento,são um pouco indiferentes. Mais o hotel é muito agradável, só sentimos falta de uma balança para pesar nossas bagagens kkkk..Parabens!

Não nutro boa relação com essa cadeia de hotéis, pois é uma das que acuso de discriminação. Homem hospedando-se sozinho tem garantido os piores quartos. Prova disso é que neste hotel sempre sou instalado no quarto 205 o único que não possui ar-condicionado Split. Uma bancada, improvisada, próximo à porta, muito alta, dificultando o uso do teclado. A pesada cadeira de pernas de metal fazia muito barulho ao ser arrastada e também não tem qualquer ajuste. Tanta cama atrapalhou a abrir as portas do guarda-roupas. Os interruptores de luzes e as tomadas eram bem localizados, mas essas últimas são escassas. O frigobar, ok! Só faltou o degelo. O ar-condicionado de janela já “ostentava” o “peso” da idade. O hóspede é o termostato. Apenas programação da TV aberta, com imagem bem ruim. A internet wifi é lenta, instável com quedas constantes, principalmente quando mais e mais hóspedes vão se conectando. A cortina deixa o ambiente escuro, mas não o suficiente como o blecaute. Colchão macio. Trouxe o meu travesseiro. O que sempre aborrece é o lençol inadequado à altura do colchão. O banheiro é pequeno. Não havia água quente na pia. A ducha está sempre com limpeza a ser feita. Enxoval de banho e amenities suficientes para não depender de reposição numa curta estada. As toalhas não eram de boa qualidade: ásperas e não enxugavam nada. A latrina era tão próxima do box que era obrigado a sentar de lado. O café da manhã incluído na diária é simples. Só um elevador velho, lento e pequeno.
