"I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was quaint, had a beautiful atrium filled with plants, and an amazing rooftop view of the volcanoes. The property was very well maintained, I always noticed a lot of staff present keeping everything clean. The front desk staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. My room was perfect for what I needed. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great and bathroom was very clean. The location is also excellent if you are a first time visitor. Everything is very close and walkable. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Everything was great. However, I think there are just two things that could use some improvement. First, the water temperature in the shower was impossible to control; I nearly scalded myself with the hot water. Second, when I ordered food at the bar in the afternoon (I had the sushi), the dish looked nothing like the photo, and the rice was undercooked—it was quite unappetizing. That said, if I travel to this area again in the future, I would certainly stay here once more. The service was excellent, and the staff members were very friendly."

"The area was great. Walkable to many places to eat, shop and go to the airport. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we did not like was the AC in the room. No matter how much we tried it wouldn’t turn on and the buttons were not helpful either."

"Me robaron el pasaporte de mi hermana con dinero adentro, estoy completamente decepcionada. Menos mal aún tiene su documento de identidad de Nicaragua para poder regresar. Cuando fuimos a reportarlo a recepción dijimos que sólo fue el pasaporte para darles el chance que lo regresarán pero no lo hicieron . Desde el inicio todo fue mal"
