「I rarely respond to these requests for online reviews. In this case, I'm very happy to do so. This hotel was a pleasant surprise in so many ways. It's within walking distance to the airport though we chose to use their included shuttle service since it was early morning (and dark) when we left the hotel for the airport for our flight. After dark this is not a pedestrian friendly neighborhood. We arrived after dark and departed before sunrise so I can't speculate on a daylight walk. The...

「The Hyatt Centric in Guatemala City is by far the nicest of the hotels at that level. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was friendly down to the cleaning ladies. This is now the only hotel I will stay at in Guatemala City. 」
