"It’s a nice, clean and modern hotel with kind and helpful stuff. Loved that they had an electric kettle and coffee-maker in the room. It’s just a stone’s throw away from the Ghent-St. Peter’s train stop, which get you to/ from Brussels. Only downside is it’s about a 35-minute walk (albeit a scenic riverside stroll) from the medieval center of Gent, where all the biggest attractions are. I didn’t mind the walk back after eating too much frites, beer and waffles. "

As a family we did make use of the bar area, and breakfast facilities which were perfect. The kids managed to run around and tire themselves in the lobby... we may have not witnessed the night life of Ghent, but if you're a family looking for a comfortable stay, this is your hotel."

"Close to the centre of Gent with a tram stop directly outside to take you to the train station, or a 20 minute walk. Beds comfy, rooms clean and warm ,shower hot, good for the price. Cafés nearby if going out for breakfast. Other guests were noisy late one evening but this was quickly resolved by the night staff. The walls are a little thin. I have stayed here before some years ago and would stay again. "
