I want to come back!

Totally fantastic (nearly perfect) hotel! Location is amazing, breakfast is truly exceptional, bar has great food (not "bar food", great food!). The look & feel of the entire hotel is great, and the service is first class. I was here for business but would like to come back and use this hotel as my base to do daytrips to Lille & Ghent (only 20 minute train rides), and Bruges & Brussels (each only one hour train rides.

This hotel is at the other side of the train station. We had a room that was renovated and quite. With plenty of space. The breakfast is a dream so much choice. Always delicious and fresh.

Just correct for the price

Great breakfast, nice spa, parking around 16€ par night, personnel is good. I have been given a better bedroom (suite) which was nice . Several times i come here and i am used to beautiful hotel in same price (4 and 5* ), yet, beds and pillows are not at this level, i did not sleep well compared to nh or marioth hotel for example

The hotel itself is lovely but the room i was given really wasn't great. We were told we'd been upgraded but compared with other occasions I've stayed at the hotel, it really did not feel like an upgrade. My room had a smell to it emanating from the bathroom - almost like a mild sewage smell. By the time i went into the bathroom and essentially released the smell into the room I was already unpacked and didn't want the hassle of moving. The shower was incredibly difficult to turn on - the knobs would barely turn. When you did get them moving you couldn't adjust the heat at all so was scalding hot. The double bed was possibly the smallest i have ever seen in a hotel. It was like a single and a half. Disappointed based on previous experiences

On Saturday night went to the outside bar and had to repeatedly go and find a waiter/waitress in order to get a drink. Had to sit outside because we had a pet there wasn't an issue sitting outside. But with having to figure out if there where servers that went outside to check on the patrons of the hotel. There was only 1 elevator for all floors and i found myself waiting sometimes 5 to 10 minutes just to get off my floor to go down stairs. Staff was friendly but forgetful. The location was good for night life and the train station and shopping. Parking would be a nightmare if they where booked up, i would advise not driving a large vehicle. Up charge for pets, parking, anything you drink in the fridge.

Zeer aangenaam hotel

Zeer ruim en mooi hotel met prachtige kunstwerken én planten. Grote kamers waar je heel rustig kan slapen want er is geen last van lawaai. Schitterende ontbijt plaats met heerlijk eten. Vriendelijk en efficient personeel. Sauna en zwembad beschikbaar. Rechtover het treinstation van Kortrijk.

Prima hotel, eerste dag echter behoorlijk understaffed bij het ontbijt, veel werd te laat bijgevuld. Televisie sprong random aan, uiteindelijk maar stekker eruit gehaald.
