Good morning, I thank you very for your feedback. we understand totally the situation and we are very sorry that your neighbour war very noisy. Our night audit, was in the room directly after your reclamation. In 5 minutes the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, this problem was not directly from the hotel and we cannot give you some compensation because It was not our responsability. However, my team gave you my compagny card to contact me and I didn't receive your e-mail. I don't understand your note on your feedback and we don't understand your negativ comment.
