In general, I can say that the hotel and its team are very good.
BUT, during our second night we had to call the reception at 01:15 at night due to strong noises of furniture moving and people laughing and shouting. It took us long to make the night receptionist to agree and go make our neighbors in the room next to us quiet. It appears that he new about the noise before we called and he had to ask people who were not the hotel gusts to leave. The next day when we were complaining at the day receptionist and ask for some kind of compensation, we were told, since we did not ordered the hotel directly we need to contact Hotels.com
