"Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Restaurant for evening meals was faultless. Breakfast included both hot and cold. Something for everyone. There is some wear and tear here and there noticeably in the corridors between the rooms but this is a minor issue. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the area."

"Excellent welcome from receptionist/waitress. Clean room with all basic needs met for an overnght stay with good bed and pillows. Well lit room. Some noise from next room. Poor choice in restaurant. No dishes of the day and no entrecote at 7 pm, which was the only appealing dish. Snall portion of sausage with 2 boiled potatoes and slice of ham with chips very overpriced, as was the wine.Very disappointed.. Breakfast selection also poor value at €14,50. "This hotel welcomes you with a luxurious old world feel!! So close to the train station (literally across the street …) and right on the lake. It was easy to walk along the promenade and take public transportation to different nearby villages. The room was super clean and had a beautiful view of lake Geneva. The little balcony with table and chairs and Nespresso machine in the room was the icing on the cake :). Breakfast had a nice variety which included healthy options as well. What stood out the most was the concierge and staff that worked at the hotel. They were super helpful in finding and recommending things to do to make the most of the stay, even calling ahead ro a nearby vineyard to make sure they had space for us for a last minute tasting. Then helping us with the trains there and back. Overall we can’t recommend this hotel enough and would stay here again!"
