Decent Stay with Some Issues

From the outside, the property doesn’t make the best impression, but inside the room was spacious and clean. Some small issues, like the shower door not working properly and a few stains on the dishcloths, could be improved. On the positive side, it was very convenient to have facilities to prepare our own meals, and there were plenty of TV channels to choose from. The place was also fairly quiet, which we appreciated. Overall, it felt a bit expensive for what it offered, but at the time it was the best option available with all the amenities we were looking for.

Did the job.

Overall, an average stay. Did the job of serving as a safe, quiet, and well situated location for a short stay. Email communications were never responded to. A little over priced for the actual value of the space, but overall it was neither bad nor anything exceptional. Just ok. May consider them again in the future.

Overall, it’s a nice place to stay. The apartment is well-equipped, and an iron would be a small addition that makes a noticeable difference. I would appreciate having the option to stay on a higher floor with a balcony facing the street, as I had before. This would enhance the experience even more. I would highly recommend the property.

Never stay here

Never stay there. The "queen" bed is a double. There is no A/C - only a fan. Street noise is terrible. Check-in is a hassle. No maid service during your stay.

Please stay away from this place. It’s not clean at all. It’s not what you see in pictures. Rooms are very small. Only 1 small bed doesn’t even fit 2 person on bed.. Don’t have any parking. Very dark in hallway. Balcony is not safe. It has very low railing.

The apartment I was assigned was located at the back of the building, accessible only by a narrow staircase. This presented a challenge for me, and I contacted the property, but I received no response. Despite the difficulty, I managed to cope, but I can’t afford to find myself in a similar situation again. Inside, the apartment was acceptable, though the bathroom was very small and lacked proper ventilation. Given these issues, I doubt I will choose to stay there again in the future.

Falling apart

Bad. Really bad. Door lock not functioning had to enter code 20 to 30 times every time i returned. Stuck outside in the cold trying to get in. Left on hold and eventually offered a new room for one night only in the middle of 4 night stay. Promised a repair but nobody came. No messages answered. Generally dirty and broken. I've stayed loads, once my door was so stiff i couldn't close it easily and a drunk crazy person came in at 4am. Had to get out of bed and push him out the room. Scary. Place needs refurbishment really badly. Weird, gross cow skin rug in one room. Toilet roll holders falling off the wall. Lights not working. Pans with no lids. Not enough pillows. Lol Won't be back, it's convenient but too risky

Vu le personnel le jour de l arrivée. Pendant les 3 jours, on a vu aucun personnel pour la communication. pour le confort : pas de climatisation un ventilateur qui fonctionne à peine. La propreté laisse à désirée. Vraiment pour une première expérience déçue.

Our room still had one rough cement wall and the hallway was not finished either. Other than that, all was very nice. Could have used instructions for the Stovetop. Not all are used to this type.

Leider hätte ich den anderen Bewertungen glauben sollen. Wohnung bei -1 nur über Außentreppe erreichbar. KEINE Beleuchtung am Abend/Nacht. Bei meiner Ankunft fand ich eine offene Dose Thunfisch im Kühlschrank und jede Menge dunkle Haare sowohl auf dem Bett als auch auf dem Boden (vor allem im Bad, aber auch im Rest der Wohnung) und die Kappe eines Augen-Concealers. Im Allgemeinen ist die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr schlecht. Es gibt 4 Lampen über dem Bett, 3 funktionierten nicht und die letzte ging am ersten Abend kaputt. Ich meldete das Problem am Morgen und mir wurde versprochen, dass sie überprüft/eingestellt werden.... Ich bin nach 4 weiteren Nächten abgereist und die Lichter waren immer noch kaputt. Sehr schlechte Schallisolierung

The best view in Lausanne, apartment style

This is a fantastic place to stay! The room was a studio apartment and had the most magnificent view of the Lausanne cathedral I've ever seen. The amenities were great, the furnishings stylish, the comfort abundant. Un deuxieme sejour avec grand plaisir !

Very impersonal location. If you have problem and no one answers and the office in the first floor is closed, I have no clue what to do. I reported a problem that there was a terrible smell in my studio to the cleaning ladies and they put some air refresher and it was not enough I went down to the office and they told they were fully booked, even i didn’t see a lot of people in the building, so I told her that then I will leave one they earlier and the person, do as you please and sr s an e-mail. Very bad experience, don’t plan to go there. The walls on the balcony were dirty with like black mold. So, I could enjoy the balcony. The walls on the apartment were dirty too.
