Excellent hotel for touring Osaka. Centrally located to shopping and food, and transportation is easy from there to anywhere. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms were a good size. The buffet breakfast is included and is incredible. It’s in a banquet room with spectacular views of the city and the buffet is almost unimaginable in its breadth of offerings.

Very convenient - you walk out and you’re at USJ! They had a welcome drink ticket where you stop by for juice or tea. They had corn soup and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows which my kids loved (we visited the cafe area nightly just for this).

My two feedback would be that 1) the self service for check in was a bit buggy and hope this will improve overtime and 2) there was a homeless man that seemed to sleep around the hotel ...
