"Clean rooms good location convenient and close to the metro stations. Very good value would recommend."

"Hotel was good , only issue i had is i left a pair of black pants in my room called to see if i can get them & they told me my pants werent there , when there isnt anywhere else they could be unless someone is stealing in the hotel , im also a hotel staff worker so this was a major concern for me that guest can potentially lose things in there room & be told its not there"

"I think if you’re traveling all day they should let guests check in early without a charge."

"Unfortunately I cannot give this property 5 stars as their elevators were abysmal. This has nothing to do with how busy the property was but because of a poorly designed, inefficient system. Waits for the elevators reached 20 minutes at some point, a building with 9 elevators available. Truly terrible."
