「Awesome stay. José was there to meet us and send us off. When power went down and the air conditioner wouldn't come back up at 21:00, he fixed it 15 min after we called him. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants. The swimming pool area is great for chilling out.」

「The unit was very spacious, every bedroom had a attached bathroom! 」

「Excellent place. The operator (BRIC) was attentive to our request. Everything is nearby. Dishwasher didn't work properly but it's common in this place. Laundry worked perfectly. Security guys mandatory to check-in in the garage place (not easy to find because no inscription). Very peaceful the night even sounds from Quinta Avenida. We do not hear any loud music. Others people peaceful. Great place. Our best quality/price until now in Playa del Carmen. 」

「This is the second time we've stayed at Oceana. We like the fact that it is a newer building and has a nice pool. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The location suites us pretty good with everything close by. There is 24 hr person at the front desk and the garage entrance so it feels safe. We will stay again.」
