「Very good hotel near the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. You can spend one day totally at the hotel to enjoy the beach and also the nice swimming pool in the hotel. Towels are provided.」

「This was a very clean and welcoming place. We stayed next to a ferry station. The building itself is beautiful, but it could use some updates. Our room was cleaned early mornings throughout our stay. The food was okay. The service was excellent. The beach had seaweed, but the hotel was very good at keeping it clean. Everyday workers were there cleaning the beach and raking the sand. Tbe hotel has a waterpark and a kids club. They also had mini discos, movies, games and tons of things to do for...

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
