"We booked a family room with two king size beds, which you don't get to see alot in Asia. The room was very clean and big! I was pretty amazed. What amazes me more was how helpful the staff were!! Someone from my group had a gum infection during day 2 of our stay and it was really bad that they can't wait anymore. When I communicated to the hotel staff, Jennis, the person who assisted me, went above and beyond. She was very patience with me and helped me to call the dental hospitals to try to secure an appointment (due to language barrier, I was unable to call them myself). And since we had a private tour already scheduled that day and couldn't sit around to make the arrangement, Jennis took down the request and information from me and was trying different dental places through out the day and constantly gave me updates. Even though she wasn't able to secure an appointment for us (due to our non-resident status), but the fact that she tried and suggested a few other options for us through out the day, really amazed me. As a foreigner vacationing in a different county with the language barrier, knowing the hotel staff is there to help when you really need it is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much again, Jennis!!"

"Went there with my son for a week and boy was it the perfect place. The MRT was literally across the street. 7/11 and family mart convenience stores and the best beef noodle place 2 blocks away. Night market down the street. Now for the hotel. The room was nice and cozy. 1 king comfortable bed with sink in the same room. Perfect to sleep and take lots of showers. They have an iPad in the room to close the blinds and curtains and lights and temperature. Super convenient. Loved our housemaid. She brought us water and towel every day despite us not having it turned over. Always smiling and happy. Great energy. The 2nd floor lounge had a bar with good drinks and great coffee and the best dessert. Lemon glaze cake was my fav. Food is open 24 hrs. Happy hours and BOGO libations. They have couches to sit after a long day of walking and Just relaxed in the AC. Front desk very helpful and super nice. Great hotel for price and value. Will definitely stay there again. "breakfast was nice, pool decent - they change rules person to person that was annoying, and added extra charges upon checkout that I couldn't really argue about and 12%surcharge if you use incidental as credit as a'convenience' fee so thats dumb. wasnt overly impressed outside of the room the room was nice"
