"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was simple, but comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The Japanese breakfast was filling and had good options. We enjoyed our stay."

"The location was excellent. The hotel has a connected pathway to the station building so it easy to move around even on rainy days. Convenience stores, coffee shops, dining options were all within walking distance. The hotel room and toilet was spacious, amenities were sufficient also. I had a comfortable stay here."

"Room service included daily and very clean. Smoking rooms do wreak of cigarette smoke, but what could you expect."

"Great ski-in-ski-out resort with fantastic hotel and ski staff. Newly renovated with great atmosphere and superb cleanliness."

"Clean room, excellent staff, amazing Onsen"

"The area and property were nice and clean. My husband and I enjoyed the hot spring baths and meals. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. We would be happy to go back again!"

"wonderful stay food was good, view was fantastic"

"Food was excellent "

"Amazing"

"a great hotel with very comfortable bed and clean room, nice room, best in class service, thank you and a great stay."

"A relaxing stay at this beautiful inn. I would strongly recommend this ryokan for others looking for great food and wonderful onsen!"

"Very skilled and helpful staff! All special request handled exceptionally and then some."
