"I chose this hotel because it is near the SkyLiner station, very convenient if you're going to the airport. The room was comfortable, a bit small but enough for two people. When I asked about breakfast, they told me it was sold out; I am not sure how that can happen, but there is a restaurant right next to the hotel so I ate there. The lobby was overcrowded with luggage, so there's not much room there if you need to accommodate your stuff. The staff was friendly and the check in/out process was very simple (same as all APA with a machine)."

"The room was lovely, although I could have used a closet. They did leave six hangers in the wall.) The tub and bidet more than made up for this, however! It’s close to the subway/train, but the train noise was surprisingly not an issue for me, a very light sleeper. The bed was big and comfortable, and the hotel was nice and quiet. Great happy hour at the bar for hotel guests 5:30-7, and two restaurants, of which I tried only the Japanese one and was happy. Very close to a few parks and tons of restaurants and convenience stores. It’s also fairly central and close to the Imperial Palace. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Tokyo!"

"Room was well maintained. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is conveniently located near train stations and restaurants. Air conditioning kept the room quite cool and room was not dusty. I would probably choose this hotel again if I was in Ueno."

"Small room with very little space but great location and affordable. Best if packed small and no plans to spend much time in room. Clean and simple place to stay with convenient location. "

"Cozy room in a quiet hotel less than 10 minutes walk from Ueno station, numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Comfy bed, decent shower. Not much room for storing bags and limited hanger space, though that seems to be typical for hotels here!"

"Room was incredibly clean and cleaned daily. I didn’t mind it, but in case someone else does, the private room we had, the bathroom had a step that was about a foot off the ground. The bed was big enough for two less than 6 feet tall people, but the mattress is a little stiff. Staff were all incredibly helpful and super kind. Hotel has free WiFi, and was very fast. Kitchen area was easy to use and had a lot of accessibility. Overall though, would stay here again as it is a 20 minute walk to Ueno Station. Very accessible!"
