駅のすく前にあり、行きやすい。少し寂しい駅前風景の中にあるが、このホテルは明るく安心感あり。フロントの女性の対応もいい。

6月の好天日に宿泊。大満足でした。

10階の横手駅ロータリー方面に宿泊。晴天でしたので朝夕には横手城や横手市外の眺望抜群でした。宿泊者特典も豊富で、温泉大浴場利用や、ドリンクサービス＋施設レストレランでの優待メニューを夕景を見ながら快食できたりと大満足でした。機会があれば必ずリピート宿泊したいです。

訳あって泊まれなかったのに

隣町に住んでいるのですが、時々一人になってリフレッシュする為に利用させて頂いてます。 ところが当日になって体調を崩し病院へ救急搬送されました。 落ち着いてから家族にホテルへキャンセルの電話をしてもらいました。 チェックインの時間からだいぶ経っておりキャンセル料を後日お支払したい旨を伝えてもらったのですが、状況を考慮した対応をして頂きました。 体調を崩し病院で心細い中、温かい対応をしていただけた事に感謝しております。 回復したら是非また利用させて頂きたいです。 本当にありがとうございました。

外に出て別施設に行かなければならないが、 温泉はとても気持ちよく 温まったまま、近くのコンビニにより ホテルに戻るに丁度良い距離 ただ、外に出る為天気次第だなぁと 思う

快適でした

出張で宿泊しました。チェックイン当日は雪でしたが、横手駅すぐ横で助かりました。天然温泉入浴はグループホテルに移動する必要があります。外を３分ほど移動しますが、無料の半纏を貸してもらったので寒くなかったです。スタッフは親切で快適に過ごせました。
