昔からのホテルなようですが、客室内はリフォームされててとても綺麗でした。ユニットバスも新しく綺麗でした。 車と同じ料金ですがバイクも停めさせてもらえます。ただ、ホテルが坂道に位置してるので入る時と出る時に注意を。

急遽、出張で初宿泊。 ポジティブ : フロントはとても丁寧なご対応に◎ チェックイン前に荷物を預けました。事前に部屋へ届けていただけるのは、とても嬉しいサービス！ ベットは寝心地が良かった！ 近隣にローソンがありますが、飲食店は近くにない。 残念な点 : 朝食を期待したが２日前17時までに予約しなければ、朝食は用意できないとフロントで告げられる。前日に予約したため対象外！ レストランのフランス料理は評判が良いと聞くだけに、朝食への配慮が欲しいと感じた。

桜木町からも日ノ出町からも近く便利です。ただ、野毛坂近くなので、日ノ出町側からくると坂道はあります。 私は京急に近いのが便利で良かったです。 現在改装中とのことで、古さが感じられる場所もありますが、清潔で掃除は行き届いていると思いました。 お部屋で困ったことがあったときも、受付の方がすぐに対応してくださり、その後も気持ちよく滞在することができました。 歯ブラシは子供用サイズもありました。 桜木町側（海側）サイドの上の階だとコスモクロックが半分くらい見えて、横浜らしさも楽しめました。 周辺には飲食店もたくさんあります。 また次回も泊まっていいなと思うホテルでした。
