Huge rooms, comfy beds and with views of Mt. Fuji on a clear day. Nice cafe called the city baker for breakfast just beside the hotel.

I could not be more satisfied with my experience. The staff made me feel welcome from the first moment I arrived. Being from the US I was a little worried about a language barrier. There was none. It was easy to deal with the staff, including restaurant reservations, currency exchanges, etc. I was there to attend a concert and the venue was in easy walking distance making it very convenient. The building looked brand new and was very well maintained. The room was immaculate. The hotel really deserves more than 5 stars. I am very happy with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying the in Yokohama area.

5 stars to this great hotel
We had to extend our stay because the departure of our cruise was delayed. Front desk staff went over and beyond to get us the same room so we didn’t need to check out, check back in and change rooms.

Wish there were more options of dining, and international cuisine. Staff are very friendly but, language is a bit of an issue. Otherwise it's a great hotel, spacious rooms, advanced features... very clean very quiet. 5 min by taxi to Yokohama station which makes it a great location

This is a new property, so the room and view were very nice. It is sort of isolated from other interesting parts of the city. They charged for the pool use which for a top level hotel comes off as cheap and classless. the room service was very slow and the room service breakfast menu was disappointing. The bar was great thoug a little expensive.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at
I paid for this hotel via the Hotels.com Rewards programme; it would normally be out of my price range. For me, it was a super high-end, experience. The hotel is very new, very modern, the room we had was very luxurious, big bed, great mattress, best shower and bathroom, etc. all top notch. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive; nothing was a problem, everything went very smoothly. The location of the hotel is amazing. I’ve been to Japan a few times now, and this was was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Flawless.

Good: バスルームは独立していて洗い場、イス、可動式シャワー、レインシャワーがありとても快適だった。こんなにストレスのないバスルームは珍しい。 朝食ビュッフェは品数が多く、漬物など和のメニューも充実しているし、メロンや生ブルーベリーもあるし、どれも美味しかった。 Bad : フロントの対応が残念だった。 当日朝に電話でカールドライヤーの貸出可能か訊いたら、あれば置いておくとの回答。有るなら持参しなくて済むので在庫確認をお願いしたらやっと確認してくれて、置いておきますとのことだった。が、結局到着時部屋にはなく、電話でお願いしてたのですがと依頼し直すとお詫びもなく係が持っていきますとの返答。 チェックイン時は、印刷されたこちらの住所が全く違う米国のものになっていて、それを伝えてもお詫びもなくただ住所を書くように言われた。気を取り直して、余裕のありそうな時にロビーからの眺めがいいですねと話しかけましたが、はあ、の一言でした。 朝食ビュッフェは7:00〜7:30入店ならバリスタの淹れるオリジナルコーヒーが提供されると部屋の案内ビデオで知り、7時に入って店内スタッフのかたにそれをお願いしたが皆さんご存知なく、ともかくバリスタが淹れますねという流れになった。普通についで回っているコーヒーよりずっと美味しかったので活用していないのは勿体無いと思いました。

とても清潔感のあるホテルで今まで泊まってきた中でかなり上位です！ロビーも高級感がありすごかったです！ただ駐車場がどこなのか分かりにくくタイムズに泊まるのかそれともホテルの駐車場なのかよくわかりませんでした。そもそも駐車場がない？ような感じ？で結局ロータリーに止めました。でもトータルするとかなりいいホテルです！
