I paid for this hotel via the Hotels.com Rewards programme; it would normally be out of my price range.
For me, it was a super high-end, experience. The hotel is very new, very modern, the room we had was very luxurious, big bed, great mattress, best shower and bathroom, etc. all top notch.
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive; nothing was a problem, everything went very smoothly.
The location of the hotel is amazing. I’ve been to Japan a few times now, and this was was the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
