I absolutely loved staying here. Most places are pretty small but this was specious compared to typical Japanese hotels. Staff was nice and very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. There’s complimentary drinks, check in is on the second floor! I would come again. I will say it’s not easy getting here even though it’s close to a train station by walking so take a taxi. There’s a couple convenience store nearby.

Service is not good. They are not tracking if you rented for two nights and keep asking if we are checking out. We asked for our room to be serviced and they did not do it.

Be aware, this is not a regular hotel.

We booked this place in a hurry for a night after missing our train to our destination, as it was conveniently closed to the train station and did not notice it was for "Adults only". Bed linen was clean, but the TV was so dirty and stained with whatever it was that we second-guessed everything else, I could not even try the shower because I was too shocked. The room had no windows and the bathroom really needed a revamp, tiles were stained and everything looked very old. We heard through the night other guests enjoying themselves quite a few times and at midnight the cleaning lady banging doors and cleaning rooms on the same floor. We were both shocked by the cleaning standards in the room, the linen seemed to be the only ok part of the room. They had convenient toiletries and the receptionist seemed nice although poor English. So just be aware this is not a regular hotel, and depending on the needs it may suffice, but lessons learned, dig deeper even when desperate after a hotel, because the night was memorable, but not in a nice way.

食事を運んできてくれた男性スタッフについて。 食事を注文したが、受け取り方が分からずすぐ出られなかった。 その際聞こえたのは、舌打ちと、扉を爪でカツカツと叩く音。 「どうすればいいですか？」と扉越しで尋ねたところ、イラついた声で「じゃあ置いときますね」と言われ、ガシャン！と床に叩きつけるように置かれた。 あまりにも酷かった。 フロントへ電話した際も1回無視され、2回目で出たが自身の態度について反省していない様子。 二度と来ません。

大画面TV、良し！ジェットバス、良し！スタッフ、小窓からしか見えないので知らん！！

昔の新横浜と言えば新幹線か夜のホテルしかなかったところ。このホテルもその一角にあり、それ仕様である。個人的にはその手のホテルと知っての利用だし、アジアではよくあることなので全然何とも思わない。むしろ大画面TVや足を延ばしてバブル噴射しながら広めの浴槽にゆったりできるのが有り難い。 ただ地図をまともに見ないで言ったおかげでえらい迷子になって周辺をぐるぐるしてしまった。知ったかぶりしなければよかったと自分に反省。
