Kawasaki trip
It was a big SURPRISED that there's no Slope nor lift nor elevator to enter one storey high Main Hotel entrance!! I was exhausted to lift luggages one by one up until i asked help from the reception desk. The nepalist staff name Saruma who was very helpful and help me carried the biggest luggage up the stepS! And also helped me when check out. All staff were friendly...including breakfast area staff. Breakfast was limited choices on Food Only! Happy to have noon check out time. Thank you

Late night solo rest on the weekend
Not too far from JR Kawasaki station. Cleaner than your average business hotel in Japan. Had all the essentials you need to get yourself ready before bed and for your next day. Vending machines for soft drinks located every two floors. Not many options around the hotel for food but was not a hassle to walk back near the station. The walls were thin so some people may be bothered with noises from other rooms and also may feel like you need to be mindful of your own noises. Overall, great value for money, pleasant stay.

Acceptable cleanliness and equipment. Close to train stations and shopping/dining areas. Thin walls can be annoying if your neighbors have too much fun in the night. Checkout time is noon which is a plus for a hotel in Japan in general.

Small, dated but good.
A bit of walk from Keikyu Kawasaki Station. Rooms are small and dated but very cleanly kept. I had a comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I can't believe the reviews complaining about this place. I have stayed in plenty of Japanese hotels, and while not amazing, for what it is, it is great. So comfortable, and a late check out time. The free breakfast is okay, and there is wifi. Space in the room is above average for Tokyo. Close to the stations and shopping. I liked it so much I stayed again waiting for a flight at Haneda, which is close.

Location is great. About 7-8 minute easy walk from both Kawasaki train stations, which means it is near food and shopping. There is also a cheap bus that will take you from Haneda (HND) airport for under Y300. It is on a quiet street. I couldn't hear any street noise. Room is very small (typical of cheap business hotel), but there is a desk, AC works well, bathroom has a (small!) bath tub. Full bath amenities (shaving, toothbrush, face towel, shampoo,etc.) Free breakfast is traditional Japanese business hotel fare (not much meat, but lots of hot/warm items) The only fault I found was that the bed post was broken, so I couldn't lean on it. Doesn't affect me...

Decent Hotel Stay before Departure
The hotel is relatively close to Haneda Airport, so transportation is convenient. It’s also a very short walk to the nearest train station, as well as food, a shopping center, and a movie theater. The room was clean and spacious, had a tv and mini fridge, and a nice big bath tub. The only real complaint I have is the hard and uncomfortable pillows, and the fact that our Air Conditioner didn’t seem to be working very well.

I want to use this hotel again!
Hotel staffs are very professional and helpful. You can get very warm japanese home style breakfast! I feel like i'm home and eating my mom's breakfast. (FYI, i'm japanese) Building is kind of old but i don't mind at all. Because you can get great service! I definitely want to stay there again!! Thank you very much!!

I had booked this hotel for one night. The room was clean and the hotel staff was nice. However, the room was not soundproof and I could hear people speaking from the adjacent rooms and lobby, as well as noise from cars and people from the streets outside the hotel. The noises were so loud that I couldn't get any sleep at night. If the outside noise is not a problem for you then this hotel is a decent choice. Otherwise, better to stay elsewhere.

Easy to find near the Kyoukai-Kawasaki station. Friendly staff, and very clean room. Breakfast was delicious too. The bed was very firm, but we slept alright. Quiet neighborhood and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Outstanding concierge!
It was a very short overnight stay. Room was clean though with smoke odor as there was no more "Non-Smoking" room available. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. This was the only place where we were offered help with our baggages to & out of our room! The two gentlemen went above & beyond great service; very clear with their directions & very professional. I wished I have gotten their names for an awesome recognition! There was free breakfast, just the basic Western & Japanese entree. Quiet place and conveniently located to convenient stores & Keikyu Kawasaki Station (5 min. walk) that travels straight to our airport, Haneda Int'l. would have given my visit the highest rating if the bed were not as hard to sleep on. Bed needs major upgrading. I would have not stayed another night to a bed that feels like cardboard especially that I have a Posturepedic bed at home. I am not expecting a top of the line bedding but the one we had in our room was just horrendous.
