There's only outdated reviews on Expedia but based on my experience: Hotel is clean and is nearby public transportation. However hotel location isn't in the safest neighborhood, I was actually warned by locals in the area. Front desk staff isn't friendly at all. Stopped at front desk a few times to get information about area, they came off standoffish. The "bed" isn't comfortable at all. I made the best of it for a few days however I wouldn't return.

The hotel was very clean. It was exactly what I wanted, simple and a place to lay my head down. The facilities like shower and bathroom are shared. If you don't like communal facilities then this is not for you. But if you like to save money for other things on your vacation then this is perfect. It worked for me :)

共同で使用するトイレ、シャワー、洗面台。どこも綺麗に清掃されていて気持ちよく過ごせました。 隣にコンビニがあり重宝しました。 この場所でこの価格で個室。文句ありません。

Nice little rooms, with a mini fridge, actually, TV, table, and mirror, very convenient for a night in Yokohama. Staff were all kind and welcoming! Showers we're clean and provided shampoo, body soap and body scrubbing towels. Bathroom is unisex, so it's a little odd seeing other people in their jammies, but whatever. You also have access to a water machine, microwave, and hair dryers. They also provided a makeup remover oil cleanser and razors in the sink area. Very thoughtful and convenient!
