"Great service and staffs are nice and helpful . Room very clean and bed are comfortable . Awesome location connecting with minatomirai train station just a mins walk and also connecting to mall plenty of restaurants and shop no need to step outside. We definitely visit again. Recommend"

"Nice hotel, however probably one of the hotels I had the hardest time communicating with the staff (not their fault as I don’t speak Japanese). Went to the buffet for dinner and breakfast, the food wasn’t bad although the service left much to be desired for. Had to ask for water, coffee and plates to be removed (yet those things were being done for other tables). Close to lots of shopping, the Cupnoodle museum and the red brick warehouses."

"I stayed at Deluxe Twin room. The room was bigger than average Japanese twin room. I enjoyed the bathroom which was separated from toilet. Shower, sink, and toilet was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was close to the station. I didn't mind but I heard train sound from the early morning till late night. I recommend this hotel."
