"Convenient location near Osaka Station, easy access to all subways and JR trains. Hotel shower was the best. Room is small but comfortable. Highly recommended for its value."

"This hotel was great, private bathroom, bidet. Room was fine for single person. Breakfast buffet was good. Very nice location for great food and stations not far away. Only annoyance was the elevator traffic- this is a huge hotel 40 floors they split the elevator traffic between half the floors 6 elevators for each half top/bottom. Often waiting 5 or so minutes for elevator and squeezing together. "

"Love the Espresso machine, the matcha is a must have. The breakfast bar was great as well. Overall great location, 20 min away from Osaka Castle and Dotonbori. Will stay here again."

"Very convenient location to the Umeda Whity underground. Great amenities available for hotel guests and a convenience store attached. Nice room as well. Nice new laundry machines too. Would recommend and would stay again."

"Well located hotel, less than 10 min walk from main train station and conveniently located adjacent to new numerous restaurants, pubs, shopping and an entertainment district. Nice clean rooms on the smaller side but well appointed. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, good central location. Room was ok but not quite as good as other hotels we have stayed in during our visit to Japan, there was no pjs, welcome drink or bottled water as supplied in the other hotels that were the same price range and standard, not that that matters but just didn't feel as nice as some of the other hotels we stayed in but credit to the staff."
