Room was ok but not quite as good as other hotels we have stayed in during our visit to Japan, there was no pjs, welcome drink or bottled water as supplied in the other hotels that were the same price range and standard, not that that matters but just didn't feel as nice as some of the other hotels we stayed in but credit to the staff."

Clean room, breakfast was quite good and the complimentary drinks and snacks at the lounge daily was well worth it. Very good experience with the front desk staff and cleaners. "
