"Lots of amazing shopping and food options around the property. Large rooms and balconies, only complaint is the bed sheets and towels had odd burned smell to them."

"Conveniently located, well connected. Rooms are clean and staff are helpful. "
"Clean, modern hotel with good facilities and friendly staff, 6 minute walk to subway and 15 to centre. Convenience store inside hotel, laundry facilities and good WiFi."
"Absolutely amazing hotel with exceptionally kind and accommodating staff. They kindly allowed us to check in a little early, which was very convenient given our limited time in Osaka. The Premier Lounge and breakfast buffet staff were fantastic, always attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of both international and Japanese dishes. The location is also perfect—right next to two major subway lines, making commuting quick and easy. どうもありがとうございます"
"We loved our stay at the Imperial Hotel. The shuttle bus runs to Osaka station and back every 20 minutes which was super convenient. The pool, gym and sauna facilities were insanely priced at 5500 yen per use but we didn’t book for this reason so we weren’t phased. Would definitely stay again!"
"Good location, great service.
Breakfast was also great albeit with limited options. They don’t have a buffet breakfast but only table service and it takes some time…but it was great and we used it most days."
"We were going to the Expo and we were worried about the rules which said no large baggage could be brought to the venue. All the lockers at the train station were full. Even though check in was not until 3 we decided to take a chance and brought our luggage to the hotel at noon. They were very helpful and let us place our luggage in a secure locker system in the lobby. When I asked them about the check in time, as their website said they did not offer late check in after 10 pm and we were worried, as the Expo closes at 10, they were very helpful again and were able to check us in and give us room keys, although we could not enter the rooms as they were still cleaning. When we got back to the hotel after a long day at the Expo, our bags were there, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were able to fall into bed and rest. All in all, one of the best hotel service experiences we have ever had in Japan. Providing what was needed in a polite and efficient manner. This is not a fancy hotel, but the staff are better than the staff at many fancier hotels. If I could give them more stars I would. "
