「Her şey güzeldi ancak odanın birinci günü çöpleri atılmamış yeni bardaklar konulmamıştı. 2. Gün bulaşıkların birazı yıkanmış yine yeni bardak konulmamış yatak düzeltilmemişti. Ancak otel genel olarak çok iyi. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Semih bey, işletmenin kesinlikle kaybetmemesi gereken işini mükemmel yapan bir beyfendi. 「It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super...

「The only detail worth mentioning is that the rooms are located one floor above and there is no elevator, so if you are traveling with heavy suitcases, it would be advisable to ask your taxi driver for help for a tip or carry them between two people. It is a tiring task but it is worth it because the place is perfect and the host Bianca is wonderful.」
