「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property’s condition was unacceptable. After checking in, I immediately found the room was not acceptable and left within minutes. The hotel acknowledged the issue and told me they would refund the full charge. They even issued a credit to my credit card, but then reversed it without explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly, I was unable to get the promised refund. I ultimately had to dispute the charge...

「Place is clean and just far enough off the highway to reduce any noise from the highway room was excellant and everything was clean and well pt together the only issue is one of the two elevators is down for repair hopefully will be repaired before we return in a couple of weeks」

「Nicole was great greeting me and providing information. The breakfast was excellent. I rated good on the room due to there being a slight odor. Not sure if from smoking. The beds, however, were as comfortable as a much more expensive hotel. I had a great night sleep and that was most important.」
