The station for the bus #1960 taking us to and from the airport is conveniently located at a short distance from the hotel. Overall, I would gladly recommend this hotel to travellers to Taipei. "

The staff were so incredibly helpful with suggestions of where to go/visit, what night markets to eat at, must see tourist attractions. Also provided detailed instructions to assist catching buses and metros. Finally arranged a taxi to/from the airport for me. Just an amazing stay."

"We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for one night and it was amazing! From the decoration in the reception area, the cleanliness and the beautiful room I received everything was top notch! As Expedia members we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to the 101 Building which has shops, a food court and entertainment. I only wish we could have stayed longer!"
