Terrible, even if you find it.

I never write detailed reviews, but this hotel deserve it, so others know what they will find. This hotel is terrible, but don't believe me, look at the pictures yourself. First, try to find it! no directions, indications or clues on the hotel location. We found it by reading a guest review from 2019!. Not a single word of english, so be prepared to use translator intensively (not a problem of the hotel, just a recommendation). No front desk, just another room where it seems the attendant is living, which is not in agreement with the pictures presented in hotels.com. The room is not like in the pics but is not that bad. No fridge, which for summer is well needed. And here is the bathroom! see pics. Modest hotel is not the same as dirty/bad maintained hotel. this one is the second type. No shower division, so all the bathroom gets wet when you take a shower. The shower head was broken so it's tricky to use it. The walls are DIRTY, like they did not clean the room in ages. If you still want to stay there, look for the building front in the pic and go to floor 10.

위치 좋은 저렴한 숙소

위치좋고 가격 좋고 객실 큼. 구글지도에 나온 건물보다 윗쪽 사거리에 위치함. 피자헛 지나 좌회전하여 약국 앞 입구 통해 들어가 10층 10006호를 찾아 체크인해야함. 휴지 물 치약 칫솔 슬리퍼 변기커버 제공. 온수가 안 나오길래 작은 주방에 보일러키니 뜨거운 물 콸콸 잘 나옴. 사거리쪽 공사가 한창이라 새벽까지 공사했음. 그래서인지 밤에 잠깐 단수가 되기도 했음. 매일 친절한 스탭분이 휴지통 갈아주시고 수건, 휴지, 물 등등 가져다주심. 1층에 작은 편의점있고 새벽 1시 반쯤 문 닫는 거 같음. 밤엔 호텔 주변으로 먹을 거 많이 생겨서 밤마다 포장해서 야식 먹음. 쪼금 걸으면 회족거리 나와서 기념품도 사고 맛있는 것도 먹을 수 있음. 지하철, 버스 가까움. 5일 묵었는데 깨끗하고 고급진 숙소는 아니지만 우리는 굉장히 만족스러운 숙소였음. 아침마다 물 챙겨주신 직원 분 너무너무 친절함.

敷金の額にも応じてくれる良いホテル

当日予約、遅い時間の到着にもかかわらず、良い対応をしていただきました。 100元の敷金が必要と言われましたが、手持ちがなく、50元でダメかと聞いたところ、快く了承していただけました。 外が寒いのにも関わらず、全館暖房になっているのか暖房をつけなくても部屋は暖かく快適でした。 水回りがすべて１つになっていて、シャワーとトイレの間に仕切りがないので、そこに抵抗がある方にはどうかと思います。 総合的に見て良いホテルだと感じました。

Nice place, once we found it.

Once we found it, it was perfect for us. Close to the metro line, the Bell Tower, and the Muslim Quarter, but knowing the trick to finding it would have been helpful. The trick to finding it, head north (on the west side of the street) on on North Street No. 1 from the metro line, go past the Starbucks, the Pizza Hut, and the store entrance on the corner facing the main street, turn the corner, go past the second store entrance, and walk inside a nondescript lobby (see the third pic) to the elevators. Take the elevator to the tenth floor, take a left in the hallway to the office, and meet the nice people who work there.
Two large firm beds.
The bathroom is a "wet" bath, so there's no divider for the shower. Plenty of hot water though, with good water pressure.
The elevators are through the door on the north side of the building, past the Starbucks and Pizza Hut. Go to the end of the building, take a left, and go past the department store entrance.

Confusing to find but a great place to stay

The hotel was very hard to find and maps didn't help: Take North Street north from the Metro Station/Bell Tower, walk past all the storefronts/mall, and turn left at the end of the building (first left you can take) just before Xihuamen Street. On the left you'll see a door with a big C next to it (building C); go up the stairs, past the desk, then take the elevators to the 10th floor. Once we found it, it was great. The staff was very helpful, even though they spoke no English and we spoke little Mandarin. The room was clean and pretty large, with one double bed and one larger bed. The local area was very convenient, with metro and buses to get everywhere we needed and a very short walk to the Muslim Quarter. We would absolutely stay here again.

Vi fick byta rum pga cigarettfimpar. Allt luktade. Ac fungerade dåligt. Skramlade. Svårt att sova. Hjälpsam personal dock, när man väl hittat hotellet och receptionen. Dock bara kinesiska. Ha översättningsapp tillhands.

First and foremost this hotel was very difficult to find. We mapped it with 3 different apps, stopped at other hotels to ask where it was and finally resorted to asking a traffic cop who did know where to find it. There was a hidden sign that was only in Chinese anyway. The hotel is on the 10th floor of a building containing a pretty decent shopping mall with great local and western food choices, the one positive. The room was plenty big and clean but was showing signs of wear and the shower head was clogged so I fixed it myself. If you really only want a place to lay your head for a few hours this maybe okay. One other plus is it’s close to the metro line and a nice walk to the drum tower and south city wall gate.

Hotel extremante difícil de ser localizado. No próprio Hotéis.com não havia uma descrição clara do endereço. Tentamos contato telefônico e ninguém falava inglês. Perguntamos para diversas pessoas na rua e ninguém conhecia o hotel. Resumindo, estávamos no meio da rua e não sabíamos para onde ir. Limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Havia cabelos e muito pó por toda parte (copos e canecas estavam cheios de pó). Os corredores e o quarto tinham cheiro de cigarro, pois fumavam na recepção, durante o dia e a noite.

Good location, accessible to public transportation

The Hotel reception area is not proper, very narrow and congested. The hotel rooms are without air conditioning, This is against what was stated in the booking. When we complained about this we were given a fan. The hotel rooms are without phone. We book 2 rooms which were a distance away so it is inconvenient each time we want to communicate. When we want to talk to the receptionist or house- keeping personnel, we have to walk all the way to the reception area. The hotel is near to the happening areas like the Muslim street and the Drum & Bell tower. This is a plus for the guests where varieties of food are available.

市内中心部にあり、便利さはとても良かったです。しかし、到着時、ホテルを示す看板が奥の目立たないところにあり、自力だけでホテルを探すことができませんでした。同じビルの中にある何件かの同じようなビジネスホテルに中国語で訪ねて、ようやく建物の10階にあることが分かりました。表通りの『水晶酒店』の看板からロビーに入り、エレベーターで10階へ行き、そこから廊下をぐるりと一周すると見つかります。このサイトだけではなく、何件かほかのサイトからもこのホテルを検索して入口の写真をコピーしていったのですが、掲載されていた写真は全くあてになりませんでした。（誤って違うホテルの写真が掲載されていた？？） 部屋はとても広く、快適でしたが、バスルームはなく、シャワーだけでした。 オーナーの方は強面な感じでしたが、親切に対応してくださいました。でも中国語ができない人だとコミュニケーションがとりづらいと思いました。

Clean, basic, perfect location but no amenities

Certainly not a frills hotel - it's on the 10th floor of a building so a little hard to find. Room was clean and basic; shower was open to the whole bathroom so floor would be wet after bathing. But no refrigerator. The A/C had not been turned on for the season and 2 of the 3 days we were there, the temps reached 90 degrees F so it was pretty warm in the room. They told us to open the window but it was SOOO loud outside (very busy street) so too much noise to sleep. The best thing about the hotel is the location - within walking distance to Muslim street, Bell Tower and Drum Tower. Lots of places nearby to eat. Safe area, room was clean, strong wi-fi, the "staff" was polite enough but don't expect much. Overall, it worked for our short stay in Xian (especially considering how cheap it was) but I if we were to return, we would likely find a different hotel in the same area.

Viikon oleskelun aikana siivottiin vain roskakorit, toki pyyheet vaihdettiin päivittäin. Nukuimme samoissa lakanoissa koko matkan ajan. Tupakan haju tuli wc:hen. Kylpyhyoneen kaadot väärään suuntaan, ja saimme lattian kuivattua, kun ostimme lastan. Henkilökunta ei puhu englantia. Hotelli on loistavalla paikalla, koko keskusta kävelymatkan päässä. Kaupungin melu ei kuulu 10:teen kerrokseen. Hinta laatusuhde ok, jos halua vain nukkua hotellissa.

探すのに苦労するホテル

ホテルというよりも、民泊に近いです。 ビルの1フロアを、ホテルの各部屋として使用しています。 そのため、ビルの入り口にホテルの看板もありませんでした。 地図のホテルの位置と、ビルの入り口がだいぶずれているため、ホテルを見つけるのは非常に困難です。 電話で場所を聞かないと、なかなかたどりつけないと思います。 立地場所は町の中心にあり良いのですが、その分施設設備の割に割高です。中心から離れた地下鉄駅近くの方が、同じ金額でしっかりとしたホテルにとまれるかとおもいます。 スタッフの対応は、問題なく、良い感じです。
