"Nice hotel and really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough. I turned up around 18:30 so couldn’t get in the restaurant which was a shame but the hotel was fully booked. The hotel is busy as the gym is obviously popular locally and most are staying in the hotel for work as it’s surrounded by commercial offices and this is why i was there after all. "Welcome from the guy on the desk wasn’t very friendly. We were a little early arriving and before we tried to explain we wanted to leave our luggage and return, he just said “three o’clock”. Eventually he heard what we wanted to say but he really wasn’t friendly at all. After check in which was fine, the stay was very nice with a good breakfast, albeit the dining area was a bit a small. Nice and clean and in a good area for the city centre. "

"We came for a short stay to watch the snooker. Hotel was great, perfect location with easy access to local amenities. Staff friendly and attentive. Hotel clean, lovley bar and although we didn’t eat in the hotel the food we saw being served up looked very good indeed. We will 100% come back to Sheffield, great place that it is and we will 100% stay at the Leonardo! "
