「The guy checking us in was super rude. The hotel was so dirty. Very gross」

「The staff was the best, the airport shuttle was helpful, the breakfast that was included was better than in similar hotels in that I’ve stayed.」

「Room was clean. No bed bugs. However, the window wouldn't close so I and my already nervous dog had to listen to street noises all night. Shades wouldn't close all the way, so light came through from outside. There was also an occasional very loud noise that seemed to rattle the walls. No idea where that came from. Bathroom was so tiny I could barely use the toilet and I found a used towel from the previous occupant hung behind the bathroom door, still damp somehow. Overall a poor experience....

「While the receptionist was nice the room itself was for lack of a better term, awful. None of the outlets worked and it was clear based on the fact that there was a power box behind the mini fridge that it was a known problem. We needed to fix our toilet so it would not keep running, the knob on the Jacuzzi was broken off and unusable, and the drain in the shower/bathtub needed to be constantly flipped up and back down to drain any water. That being said, parking was good.」

「Everything... even the vents on the AC were immaculate. I normally have sinus issues... not there... I did my normal nostril rinse, clear... slept great. It is near a hospital so you hear sirens, but they are not horribly loud. All in all terrific place to stay, will totally stay again.」

「Both room AC were out - the main entry area smelled like spoiled milk covered up with bad perfume - the room outlets were dead and the electrical wiring in the rooms was questionable as to being legal - the toilet was round and had a very large oval seat on it, stuck out beyond the bowl by 3-4 inches - the wall AC was extremely loud - this was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at The staff were corgel and moved us into different rooms」

「They shut the water off in the morning at 10:30 and announced to all the rooms it will come in 11/2 hours. We waited to take a shower and the water did not come for 21/2 hours. It was most frustrating because the staff told us it was prescheduled and no one told us about that when we checked in. We left without a shower, to our room in yellow stone. If we had know when the water would be shut off, we could have taken a shower earlier and left. Or if they kept their word that it would only take...
